Calming and Uplifting Herbal Tea
Ingredients:
Instructions:
- 1Place all the dried herbs into a small glass mason jar.
- 2Mix well.
- 3Store your tea in a dark cool place.
- 4To make a cup of tea, place 1 tablespoon of your mixed herbs into a French press.
- 5Add 1 cup of freshly boiled filtered water.
- 6Steep for 10 minutes.
- 7Press off and enjoy!
- 8Drink up to 4 cups of tea a day.
Uplifting Essential Oil Blend
Ingredients:
Instructions:
- 1Place all ingredients into a small glass mason jar.
- 2Mix well.
- 3Store your oil blend in a cool dark place.
- 4Massage a small amount of your uplifting oil onto the back of your neck, the inside of your wrists, and underneath your nose.
- 5Take a moment to close your eyes and do some deep breathing.
- 6You may also use your uplifting oil blend to make a salt scrub.
- 7Mix ½ tablespoon of your oil blend with a handful of fine sea salt.
- 8This makes a fabulous uplifting and energetically clearing shower scrub.

- 11Soak, breathe, and relax.

Flower essences are powerful plant spirit medicine that bypass the ego. These beautiful allies provide deep and potent support on all levels. The following flower essence blend supports a sense of courage, safety, hope, optimism, emotional balance, and mental balance.
Into a small glass dropper bottle place:
Fill the bottle with spring water. Cap and shake to mix. Label your essence blend with ingredients and date. Take 4 drops of your essence blend when you are feeling anxious, panicked, fearful, hopeless, or in need of emotional or mental balance. You may place 4 drops of your essence blend directly into your mouth or into a large glass of filtered water and sip slowly.
